Warranty

KiRKEY products are covered by a warranty, excluding Gift Cards, with a standard duration of twelve (12) months. To initiate a warranty claim, you must provide valid proof of purchase, including the order number, order website, order email, date of purchase, and product details.

If your product was not purchased on kirkneri.github.io, we recommend contacting the original reseller for efficient resolution, although we are here to assist if needed.

The warranty period commences upon the product's delivery to the first end-user. The warranty becomes void if the product's serial number is defaced or altered or if unauthorized software modifications are made.

The warranty covers all defects that deviate from the product's specifications and occur within the warranty period, with certain exceptions.

The following are NOT covered by the warranty:

  • Accessories and spare parts sold separately from Lemokey products.
  • Defects caused by disassembling the product, improper use, installation, non-factory repairs/modifications, or product adjustments.
  • Defects resulting from force majeure events such as lightning, fire, water damage, etc.
  • Defects in consumables, including components expected to require regular replacement.
  • Normal wear and tear, especially for leather products.
  • Keycaps and palm rests, which are covered by a three (3) month warranty.
  • Cosmetic packaging damage due to transportation.

Warranty Claim Process:

If you encounter a defect covered by the warranty within the warranty period, please contact support@kirkey.com. To facilitate your warranty claim, provide the following information:

  • Valid proof of purchase.
  • Image or video evidence of the product issue following our warranty policy.

Our customer service team will assess the issue and attempt remote resolution. We will address defects in KiRKEY keyboards as follows:

  • Manufacturing-related defects: We will replace the defective parts, not the entire keyboard.
  • Defects resulting from disassembly, improper installation, non-factory repairs/modifications, misuse, neglect, or similar causes: We offer PAID service to replace the defective parts at your expense.

Our service, including replacement parts, is guaranteed for 90 days or the remaining term of your keyboard warranty, whichever is longer.

Special and Limited Edition Products:

Special or limited edition KiRKEY products may not be replaced with identical products in the event of a warranty claim..

Exclusions from Warranty:

The warranty does not cover consequential damage, indirect loss, or related expenses arising from warranty claims. Additionally, products designed for specific locations with varying transmission systems and approval requirements are not covered if defects result from usage in another location.

Order Discrepancies:

If you receive a product or color different from your order, please provide a photo that includes the product and the tracking number written/printed on paper. Email this information to support@kirkey.com within 7 days of order delivery.

Undelivered Parcel:

If your order status shows "Delivered" on the shipping company's website (e.g., DHL) for more than one month, the delivery details will be deleted. The courier will not compensate us for such orders. To investigate undelivered parcels, notify us via email within 25 consecutive days after the "Delivered" status appears on the shipping company's website.

For product returns unrelated to quality issues, please refer to our Return policy.

Note: Exercise caution when opting for DHL's "no signature required delivery" service, as KiRKEY is not responsible for missing packages under this service.
