Shipping Policy

Order Shipment:

Wondering when your order will ship? Typically, we'll dispatch your order within two business days, excluding pre-orders or group buys. You'll find this information in your order confirmation email. Once the shipping company collects your order, we'll promptly upload the tracking number, and you'll receive a tracking number email. Alternatively, if you've created an account on our website, you can check your order status there.

Tracking Number Not Received:

If more than five business days have passed since you placed your order and you haven't received a tracking number email, or if you haven't received any order confirmation email after placing your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us at support@kirkey.com.

Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA):

The ETA varies depending on local delivery and customs clearance, factors beyond our complete control. Estimated times vary by destination:

  • US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Mexico: 5 to 7 business days.
  • Europe, Brazil: Approximately 10 to 20 business days via Yuntrack.
  • Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam: Approximately 10 to 15 business days via Com1Express.
  • Hong Kong, Macao: Approximately 3 to 7 business days via SF Express.
  • Israel: Approximately 7 business days via DHL Express.
  • Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE: Approximately 10 to 20 business days via Yuntrack.
  • Rest of the world: Approximately 10 business days.

Order Revisions:

Once your order has shipped, we can't revise any details. If you require changes, including address or order items, please email us at support@kirkey.com with your order number and order email as soon as possible. We'll explore how we can assist unless the shipping company has already collected your parcel.

VAT and Import Taxes:

Please note that our product price doesn't include VAT or import taxes for your shipping destination. We'll do our best to declare a reasonable value for the product. If customs contacts you, let us know, and we may offer suggestions. For further inquiries, feel free to email us at support@kirkey.com.

Parcel Declaration as a Gift:

Unfortunately, the shipping company doesn't accept declaring parcels as gifts for customs clearance.

Additional Requirements:

For Korea🇰🇷, we require your personal customs code as requested by Korean customs clearance.

Para o Brasil🇧🇷, é obrigatório fornecer o número do CPF ou CNPJ no campo do endereço. (We are required to provide either your CPF (format: xxx.xxx.xxx-xx) or the company's CNPJ (format: xx.xxx.xxx/xxxx-xx). Otherwise, we're not allowed to ship out your parcel.)

For Indonesia🇮🇩, we require your Indonesia Tax ID (NPWP) or ID Number (NIK-Nomor Induk Kependudukan) or Indonesia Driver's License, as requested by DHL and Customs. Ensure the document holder's name matches the recipient's name on the shipping information.

For Japan 日本🇯🇵, English information only.

To ensure smooth delivery, please fill in your city and zip code and attempt to match it with DHL's system. We can only ship if your address is accepted by the DHL system. Fill in any place as the shipping origin if necessary.

Additional/Remote Area Shipping Fee:

DHL will charge us a $35 additional fee if the destination is Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands. We'll email you to confirm this fee before shipping.

The shipping fee doesn't include any additional costs if the zip code is listed in the DHL Remote Area list on the DHL website. We'll email you to request an additional $35 if necessary (search your shipping destination's name for remote area codes). You can provide an alternative address not on the DHL Remote Area list to avoid this fee.

Additional Shipping Notices:

It's your responsibility to ensure successful order delivery. Several situations may lead to the parcel being returned to the shipping company's country of origin warehouse:

  1. If we receive notification from our shipping company that your parcel is stuck in customs due to clearance issues and you don't provide the necessary information within 48 HOURS (such as tax payment), the parcel will be returned. If you choose to re-ship, you may incur an additional fee according to the bill from our shipping company. If you decide not to receive the parcel, you may bear the return shipping fee, deducted from the retail price (excluding the shipping fee paid during order placement).
  2. If we receive notification from our shipping company that the delivery address or phone number is incorrect and you don't respond promptly, it could result in the failure of parcel delivery. You may need to cover an additional fee for re-delivery.
  3. If you wish to return a product unrelated to a quality issue within 7 days of product/parcel arrival, you need to request this and cover the return shipping cost. Upon receiving the product in our warehouse, we will issue a product cost refund within 7 business days.

If the shipping company's website (e.g., DHL) displays "Delivered" for more than one month, the delivery details will be deleted. The courier will not compensate us for these orders, so we can't provide any refund if you don't inform us to investigate the parcel via email within one month after it's marked "Delivered" on the shipping company's website.

To avoid return shipments, customers must provide their full name in the information form. If the form's name is incomplete, the customer will be responsible for the return cost.
