Refund & Return Policy

At KiRKEY, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. We do not accept random product returns unless there is a quality issue that we are unable to resolve. In cases of random returns, refunds will not be provided.

Eligibility for Returns:

If you encounter a quality issue, please contact us at support@kirkey.com. We will work with you to find suitable solutions. If further evaluation by our team is necessary, we may request that you return the product using a proper shipping method with tracking (at a reasonable cost). Upon receipt of the returned product, we will provide a replacement..

Product Dissatisfaction:

If you wish to return a product for reasons unrelated to quality issues, please adhere to the following requirements and procedures:

  • Initiate the return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Cover the return shipping cost; we do not refund return shipping fees.
  • Choose a shipping method that provides a tracking number, as we cannot refund the product price without tracking information.
  • Notify us of the tracking number once the returned product is shipped.
  • Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the product cost only (shipping costs to and from the KiRKEY warehouse are not covered). For the warehouse address, please email support@kirkey.com.

Received the Wrong Layout/Version:

If you receive a product with an incorrect layout or version, please provide an image or video of the product along with the tracking number (printed/written on paper). Email this information to support@kirkey.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

We may request your assistance in returning the product using a proper shipping method with tracking (at a reasonable cost), after which we will offer a replacement. Alternatively, you can suggest a solution, or we will propose alternatives if necessary.

Since we are unable to request a return shipping label from the shipping company at this time, we may ask for your assistance in arranging and covering the return cost with the shipping company (e.g., postal service) using a shipping method that provides tracking. Please ensure to provide us with the tracking number (this is essential) once the returned product is shipped.

Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will issue a refund within seven business days.

Order Cancellations:

If you request an order cancellation, but the product has already been shipped, you will be responsible for reshipping the product back to us at your own expense if you still do not want it. Once the product leaves our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order.

Refunds (if applicable):

Refunds or replacements are provided once we receive the product. Typically, it takes up to 7 business days for the refund process to complete. The refunded amount will be credited to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven't received a refund after we've processed it, please check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company, as there may be processing time before the refund officially posts. If needed, reach out to your bank for further assistance.
